360 MALL Wins 2 GOLDS At ICSC 2013 Global Awards Middle East and North Africa

360 MALL has won two International Council of Shopping Centers’ coveted Gold Awards in two categories; NOI Enhancement and Marketing- Cause Related Program for the Middle East and North Africa 2013.

The ICSC Global Awards program recognizes the best shopping centre design and development, marketing, and retail programs from around the world. Recognized as the benchmark for excellence in the industry, the Global Awards were presented at a glittering ceremony organized by the Middle East council of Shopping Centers at the Westin Mina Seyahi Hotel , Dubai on the 25 of November 2013 amidst an august audience of regional and international shopping centre developers and operators.

Gold Award winners from each region, including 360 MALL will be automatically entered into an international competition for the Viva (Vision, Innovation, Value, and Achievement).

Professional recognition for this project was given to Claudia Lopusinska, marketing manager, Ismail Sadiq, specialty leasing manager, Avijit Yadav CLS, CDP, CSM, CMD, general manager marketing, operations and David Boesley CSM, chief operating officer, GLA Property Management Company WLL.

Commenting on the win, Mr.David Boesley, Chief Operating Officer at GLA commented, “The International Council of Shopping Center is the apex body of the industry that monitors and recognizes excellence. We are honored to have been recognized and to win these awards. It certainly reaffirms our belief that we must strive to develop projects that set new standards and raise the bar for the retail real estate sector in Kuwait and Internationally. 360 MALL integrates retail, leisure and entertainment in a luxury environment; positioning it as the premier luxury shopping experience in Kuwait offering shoppers and visitors exciting leisure and shopping experiences.
