Three Prestigious Awards in Design, Marketing, and Digital Marketing

“Al Kout Mall”, one of Al Kout Project’s six bespoke experiences, owned by Tamdeen Group, Kuwait’s leading mixed-use property developer, won three prestigious awards during the 2018 Middle East Council of Shopping Centres Awards. The awards recognize the mall’s excellence and innovation in design, marketing and digital marketing.
Held in October at the Ritz-Carlton, Dubai International Financial Centre, the Council recognized “Al Kout Project”, the largest waterfront retail and leisure destination in Kuwait, with two gold and one silver awards. The first Gold award was “Design Excellence” for design innovation in Al Kout Mall, which opened last April. The second Gold recognized the mall’s launch marketing program with in the “Grand Opening” category, while the silver awarded the online opening campaign in the “Digital Marketing and Social Media” category.

The Middle East Council of Shopping Centres Awards aim to recognize distinguished malls in excellent services, marketing, design, and development categories. An international jury of leading industry experts assess participations to select the winners in accordance with best international standards. This is the eighth year in a row that Tamdeen Group has won international awards for its shopping and entertainment projects.
